Physiotherapy - Krystal Cameron of Harbour Physio provides physiotherapy from our building. Phone her on 0276310476 for an appointment. Zen Podiatry - Deborah Cookson provides podiatry services from our building. Appointments can be made by calling her on 022 419 9011. WellSouth Brief Intervention Service - funded short term counselling sessions available via your doctor. This service is able to be provided here at the health centre or at their rooms in town. |
Test Results:
Please discuss with your doctor or nurse at your appointment about getting your results.
Any abnormal test results will be followed up and patients notified. Normal test results will not routinely be notified. You are always welcome to phone us and ask for any results of tests we have ordered or alternatively if you are signed up with Manage My Health you can see your results online once the doctor has filed them. *Please ensure we have your up to date contact details at all times. |
Patient Portal:
We offer the ability for our patients to sign up to a patient portal.
This will allow our enrolled patients over age 16 who have registered, to have secure access to make appointments, review their laboratory results, request repeat prescriptions and send secure messages to the doctors. Secure messaging is for non urgent communication and we endeavor to answer these within 3 working days. Please be aware that fees do apply for services provided and will be invoiced to your account. |
